I had a great experience when I stayed here. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the layout was easy to learn. The rooms were clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. The bathroom is modern and cool but I’m not the biggest fan of the toilet and shower being behind frosted glass that you can see the shadows of people in it. It was just me and my sister so it was easier to face this issue. The lounge was okay, very minimal and has some steep prices. The location of the hotel is a complicated situation, it’s an easy walk to and from Crypto.com arena but if you walk towards the back where the metro station is, you’ll start to see a bit of homeless people/addicts walking around. One guy had sharp mirror shards in his hands. Overall, I’d stay here again but I just won’t venture outside of the hotel too much on foot. The staff and the location near the arena made it worth it.

I've stayed at the AC Hotel Downtown LA for 2 years in a row now, and it remains a perfect match for my business and personal needs. I absolutely LOVE my time there. The Euro breakfast is ideal, featuring an array of wholesome options. The hotel's aesthetic is calming and chic, with well-sized rooms that are clean, quiet, and comfortable, and have useful amenities. I can work from my room every day with minimal noise interference. The staff is accommodating and friendly (if you get the Euro breakfast, be sure to say hello to Horacio for me!), and the hotel entrance makes grabbing Ubers a breeze. Waking up each morning with an unobstructed view of the city and going to sleep with views of the glittering nighttime lights are perfect bookends to my days, and I'll definitely continue to stay here each time my work takes me to Los Angeles.

Had an excellent stay at the AC Hotel in Downtown LA for a friend’s birthday. Deanna at the front desk checked us in and she went above and beyond to acknowledge my friend’s birthday. It made our whole trip so incredibly special and it is employees like this who really make you want to come back. So thank you so much to Deanna for your kindness and your hospitality! The view from our room was amazing with floor to ceiling windows and the rooms were very modern and clean. Housekeeping staff was quick to deliver anything that we needed and they were also very friendly! We enjoyed some time at the rooftop bar which had stunning views and a nice chill vibe to relax with a cocktail. And then the hotel is connected to the Moxy which has a cool concept called Level 8 with a bunch of different restaurants, live music, Djs, and experiences. It was nice to not have to leave the hotel but it’s also just a 5 minute walk to LA live and Crypto arena so the location is unmatched. Excellent stay overall and will definitely be back!

Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. The hotel is in a very convenient, walkable location. It smells amazing has great views and is very clean. The rooftop bar was a vibe. The staff is absolutely fantastic. My only two complaints are 1 for the cost I would expect the room to have basics such as robe and slippers, lotion and a shower cap and a basic iron. Also the multiple elevators to get around could be dizzying especially if you’re tipsy. Overall it was a good stay.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, thanks especially to the incredible staff. I arrived very late at night after a long journey, only to realize I had booked the wrong date. Dante at the front desk was incredibly kind and understanding—he not only helped resolve the issue smoothly but also arranged an early check-in so I could rest immediately. His hospitality made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. The hotel itself is beautifully designed in a classic California style. The ambiance is both Instagram-worthy and relaxing, with clean lines, a serene color palette, and tasteful decor that reflects a modern yet timeless elegance. Everything from the comfortable room to the attentive service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, peaceful, and service-oriented place to stay. I will definitely be back!

I had to share my recent experience with what we call “unreasonable hospitality” at the AC Hotel DTLA. Whether you’re a business traveler, a local "staycationer," or just someone looking for a sophisticated getaway, I cannot say enough about this property. I live only a few hours from LA, but I’ve found staying in town for client visits is far superior to the commute. This is my third stay in two months, and I’ve officially decided to make this my permanent home in the city. To my fellow travelers: Treat yourself. Come home and feel the love this place provides. After a lovely evening at the Night Market at Level 8, my four-legged companion and I made our way across the street for a morning stroll before heading to the AC Sky Lobby for coffee on the patio. The energy there is unmatched—guests working quietly and considerately, others simply taking in the incredible views. The breakfast—nearly covered by the generous $18 daily service credit—is a cornucopia of options that feels like a Sunday brunch, even on a weekday. Since it was Friday, I decided to treat myself to a morning cocktail, rolling into the lounge just three minutes before the breakfast service closed. While many staff members might be eager to wrap up service, my server, Dalia, was the definition of thoughtful. I requested my version of a Greyhound: Tito’s, grapefruit juice, a squeeze of lime, and mint. Dalia returned with a stunning drink and a sincere apology: they were out of fresh grapefruit juice, so she had substituted a grapefruit soda. The result? A beautifully presented cocktail garnished with a dried blood orange slice and fresh lime. It didn’t just meet expectations; it redefined them. In fact, legendary hotel management icon Jon D. (of Château Marmont and Langham fame) and I agreed: we are officially naming this bubbly morning refreshment the "Pink Dalia." I finished my breakfast and two Zoom calls, pleasantly realizing that the outlets are perfectly tucked under booths below the 20-foot windows overlooking the CityScape and Hollywood sign. In this fast-paced, exponentially technological world, it’s rare to find a place that encourages you to hit "pause" while staying productive. This is officially my new office. Shout out to those of us that may push a little harder, give a bit more than we get, and burn the candle at both ends, I encourage you, to come on by, smell the roses, and feel the love.

Good stay just the valet was a little iffy. I wrote this review to praise Sofia. She checked me in and she was amazing and that’s probably not a strong enough adjective to describe her. She made me feel so welcomed and made sure to tell me all the amenities and about the property. She had a welcoming smile and just such a great energy. She will be the reason i would stay at this property again. Also kudos to the young lady who checked me out, unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was great as well.

This is our 3rd year in a row staying here and we absolutely love it!!! The location is UNBEATABLE if you’ve got to work at the convention center or attend anything at crypto. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. In particular Jon and Mae were quick to respond and address billing issues…they went above and beyond to solve all concerns SO QUICKLY—blew my mind to be honest—I’ve never had a hotel not only responded so quickly to an email, but snap into immediate action to solve my problem! Jon and Mae, I am ETERNALLY grateful for you both and my partner and I will continue to prioritize staying at this hotel because of yall! The suites are lovely and spacious and made our 11 day stay feel like home Thank you again so much!!
